Research Interests

My research will focus on the synthesis and characterization of solid-state electrolyte composed of lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (LLZO), utilizing the rapid spray plasma processing (RSPP) technique. The ultimate goal of this study is to facilitate the up-scaling of the manufacturing process of LLZO layers that are ultra-thin (~20 nm) and amorphous, while maintaining their desirable qualities such as excellent ionic conductivity and chemical stability. These features make LLZO an ideal candidate for application in next-generation batteries.
